Thank you for your reply and for sharing the related information.

Unfortunately, I do not live in an English-speaking region and struggle with reading and writing in English, making it difficult for me to read the book you recommended (I'm using ChatGPT's assistance for articles on Medium and this comment as well).

However, I have read about the Free Energy Principle and Markov blankets on Wikipedia. I was not familiar with these concepts, but I also believe that the brain modifies not only its knowledge model but also external things to minimize predictions. I recently wrote about this in an article on Medium.

Furthermore, Norbert Wiener and William Ross Ashby are researchers in cybernetics. I wasn't very familiar with cybernetics, including the two mentioned earlier, but it turns out that the content I write in my articles aligns with cybernetic thinking. Recently, I was invited to join the Neo-Cybernetics movement and have been participating in it. I am contributing articles to the Neo-Cybernetics publication on Medium. If you are interested, please also read the articles by the organizer, Daniele Nanni.
